Do you offer free logo digitising
Yes. For most standard logos we include digitising at no extra cost. If your artwork is complex we will confirm any extra requirements before production.
What file format do you need for my logo
You can upload what you have. PDF, AI, EPS and SVG are ideal, but we can often work with PNG or JPG too. We will advise if a cleaner file is needed.
How long does embroidery take
Turnaround depends on garment availability and order size. Once your proof is approved, most orders move quickly. If you have a deadline, tell us and we will plan around it.
Is there a minimum order quantity
You can order for one person or a full team. The 20, 50 and 100 packs are designed for the best value, but we can also support smaller or larger runs.
Can I mix garments in a package
Yes. You can mix polos, hi vis, jackets and caps. We will confirm what works best for your logo and keep placement consistent across the range.
Where should my logo go
